Manage the overall progress of the design-build and design-bid-build projects. Serve as the liaison between the owner, the A/E, the subject matter experts, and the construction team. Responsible for the update of all P6 schedules, Pay Applications, and all corresponding status reports. Ensure the project adheres to the requirements of the FARís, the RFP, the Prime Agreements and the Subcontractor agreements. Oversee the project budget and review all subcontractor Pay Applications for percent complete, stored material, and overall accuracy. Communicate with the upper management of NNSA, Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, and Department of Labor as well as the project field staff. Review all Certified Payrolls and ensure the project staff are being paid in accordance with Davis Bacon wage rates and the Copeland Act. Manage the day to day activities of all office staff. Responsible 2 for the Quality Control Organization and the development and implementation of the QC Plan. Submittal Review to insure specification compliance. Utilize the three phase inspection module for Quality Control. Manage all aspects of information technology including Quality Control System (QCS), Network Management, and Server Maintenance. Responsible for all LEED activities and insure the project receives the appropriate rating. Very knowledgeable in RFP response, MATOCís, EM-385, and various other project requirements.

Simultaneously managed the development of 10-12 projects with a budget of 30 million dollars. Supervised a development team of 30 -50 people which included highly technical staff, non-technical staff, and the end-user. Responsible for all Quality Control activities to ensure the end user received the product that they had originally desired, within budget, and free of any issues.
Implemented a program to reduce expenses for collaboration between researchers on both Cassini and Galileo missions. Responsible for Quality Control using Formal Methods for software development and a process called Z (Zed) to reduce software bugs. Publication resulting from research: Formal Methods of Software Design, NCUR, California Institute of Technology
I also attended UT-Knoxville and completed some work towards my MS. I attended Kansai Gaidai in Osaka Jaoan as an exchange student
